Synthetic Waxes
- High melting point
- In hot-melt-type adhesives, they decrease the viscosity of the mixture, allowing the material to flow easily and reducing friction between material particles
- In PVC extrusion, they decrease the viscosity of the mixture, allowing the material to flow easily, and also add a high resistance to wear due to friction and pressure
